Steve Ozyck is a Partner of InSite Search and joined the team in 1993. He has dedicated his career to helping software, technology and investment companies and professionals. He has worked intimately with leadership teams in Software companies, Hedge Funds and Corporation, to identify and attract exceptional talent. Steve believes that the best indicators of future success are marked by past behavior and has developed proprietary interviewing techniques to best identify high potential candidates based off a behavioral approach. He takes a thoughtful and pragmatic approach to the executive recruitment space and identifies viable and meaningful matches that are beneficial to both the individual and company.
Prior to InSite Search, Steve graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Degree in Economics and a minor in Information Technology and History.
